How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on “Buy now” for any items that you wish to buy and they will be automatically added to your shopping basket.

After you have finished making your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit or debit card payment using Mastercard, Solo, Switch or Visa.

You can clear the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on “Clear basket” on the view basket screen.

How do I take delivery of my purchase?
For bulky orders our couriers will call you in advance to book your delivery.

The couriers will unload any items at the delivery address, however please ensure that someone is available to move the goods into your premises as drivers are not insured to help you move goods on your private property.

When should I book my plumber?
We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however in case of unexpected delay please do not book your plumber until goods have been safely received complete and in perfect condition.
